THE BASE MACHINE IS ALREADY A COMPLETE UNIT, VERY SIMPLE, EASY TO MAINTAIN, THAT CAN OPERATE ITSELF, ONCE CONNECTED WITH STEAM (IN and OUT) - WATER (IN and OUT) - ELECTRICAL POWER  THREEPHASE, and AIR COMPRESSED

THE OPTIONS ARE IMPROVEMENT OR SPECIAL TOOLS FOR PARTICULAR OPERATION and TREATMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE MACHINE:

A) SPILL SAFETY TANK. - It's a tank under the machine to collect undesidered spill of solvent from the machine, in order to do not pollute the floor.-
it's impulsory in Europe and in the USA - i DIDN'T know if is it also in your country. It's also give more stability to the M/c

B) ELECTRICAL HEATING. - it's a built-in boiler inside the distill, if is not available a steam source in the customer plant

C) THERMOSTATIC WATER VALVE - It's a feature to save the amount of water consumption - about 40% less - water for each working hour needed

D) SPRAY MATIC: It's a device to spray inside the drum some chemicals for garment treatments, as waterproofing or fireproofing or steam for leather
treatment. Normally it's necessary to install a double unit.

F) ELECTRONIC DRY CONTROL the normal programm perform the drying cycle with an electronic timer, that the customer can adjust each cycle in accordance with the quantity and quality of garments/leather to be cleaned.- This device automatically adjust the drying time with an electronic sensor that detect when garments/leather are proprerly dry.

G) STILL DRYING, CLEANING .- are tools to clean and drain the residual of the distillation, without opening the still door.-  it avoid to smell bad odors and a dirty job.- IT'S REALLY RECOMMENDED

H) SOLVENT FREON COOLER - the solvent it's a degreaser, and with the temperature (more than 28 c°)  it's became aggressive with the colors and the fibers.- In case you should clean delicate garments, ( angora or cashmer ) as well leather, furs,  or if the outside temperature in really hot, you can avoid any damage with this device, that maintain the solvent temperature at the desired level (between 15 AND 25 C°)

I) SELF CLEANING BUTTON TRAP in case you clean garment with a lot of lints (furs, cashmer, dows, free wool ect) or very dirty (carpets) this device maintain the button trap free from obstruction during the washing cycles, and let work properly the circulation pump anyhow, at the end of any cycle, the lints are to be removed from the button trap manually.

L) PNEUMATIC SOAP INJECTOR it' s a pneumatic pump that automatically suck chemicals (soap) from an external barrel, and fill it into the drum at the desired moment and with the desired quantity.- it's controlled by the main computer.- without this device the soap as to be filled into the machine
before start any cycle, manually into the button trap.

M) VOLTAGE AND STANDARDS - The machines are built as standard at 380 - 415 V./3ph/ 50 Hz or 220V./3ph/ 50Hz and the standard follow the european CE 89/392:- any other voltage or standards as to be discussed in order to quantify the cost.

N) INVERTER - the base machine have only fixed revolution speed of the basket (38 RPM on washing and drying and 380 on exctract) with the inverter the revolution speed of the basket can be adjusted any time dialing the single programs on the front panel from 01 to 455 rpm it's very helpful for delicate garments, like furs and leather, because reduce the mechanical action and possible damage on the washing/drying cycle, and also the electrical consumption is reduced ( no picks starting the motor)

O) CORTINA  it's a carbon recovery unit, built as separate machine.- It recover all the odors that remain into the drum, before you could open it, and garantee a minimum concentration of solvent into the air (less than 290 PPM), as required from some standards.

At the moment it's impulsory in German, Austria, Switzerland, New York city and in California.

P) CONNECTION FOR EXTERNAL it's a pre-set for a future application with a CORTINA unit, or for any other external carbon recovery unit.-

Q) 3° AUTOMATIC TANK the machines Techno-dry normally do not need 3 tanks because the first tank is always filled with pure, clean, immaculate solvent, ready for any cycle. If customer require a traditional work, the machines can be equipped with 3 tanks, but in this case also need a traditional filter to be cleaned every several cycles:
